He has founded and scaled multiple businesses, managed large multi-million-dollar projects, and led teams through sustained growth.

    At Ignite, Benjamin is responsible for overall strategy, ecosystem architecture, and executive alignment. He leads with a focus on clarity, execution discipline, and long-term confidence rather than short-term activity.
